دارات شركة تطوير عقاري سعودية مقرها الرياض. نخطط الأحياء السكنية ونبنيها ونسلّمها لملاكها، ثم نبقى بعد التسليم بإدارة مرافق تشغّل الحي وتصون حدائقه.منذ 2014 سلّمنا 640 وحدة في مواعيدها المتعاقد عليها، ونطوّر اليوم ثلاثة مشاريع في شمال الرياض.Darat is a Saudi real estate developer based in Riyadh. We plan, build and hand over residential districts, then stay on after handover with facility management that runs each district and keeps its parks.Since 2014 we have delivered 640 units on their contracted dates, and today we are developing three projects in north Riyadh.
